Our Business Terms & Conditions

Workmanship guarantee on paving from 01/01/15 is 20 years, please email regarding workmanship on any other product.

All guarantees supplied by Langshott Landscapes are addressed to the client on the final invoice and are not interchangeable if a property is sold to or taken over by a 3rd party.

When a job has been formally accepted either by email or in writing, we will charge 30% of the contract valve if this is cancelled after 14 days of the acceptance.

Materials supplied by Langshott Landscapes are only guaranteed as long as the supplier to Langshott Landscapes states.

Any contract between Langshott Landscapes and client is not complete until payment is made in full.

Any materials supplied by Langshott Landscapes remains the property of Langshott Landscapes until full payment is made.

Any snagging on jobs must be brought to the attention of Langshott Landscapes within 7 days of invoice

Quotations are based solely on visual inspection. Extra costs may be incurred if, during the course of a project anything unexpected arises that was not allowed for in our quote. We will then advise of any additional costs and seek approval before work is re-started.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by or arising from a disregard or failure to follow any recommendations or after-care instructions we provide either verbal or otherwise.

When Langshott landscapes are working on a site or highway, we are doing so at our customers request. It is our customers responsibility to advise neighbours of:

  1. Our working hours are from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. 7 days a week
  2. All works we carry out will be very noisy and dusty, however the site will be left clean and tidy at the end of the contract
  3. We will possibly have to close the footpath and or barrier off a roadway section, however we will keep disruption to a minimum.
  4. When necessary we may have to park vehicles on a verge or outside neighbouring property’s, however we will keep disruption to a minimum.


Any complaints from a third party relating to the above should be taken up with our customer as we are working from their instructions.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
